Nine digits, as on IRS letters: 12-3456789.

Residential property managers are usually 531311; nonresidential, 531312.

The founding consortium covers Florida.

Commonfile verifies it before membership starts, by a DNS record or an email to its administrator.

The officer who signs

Someone with documented authority to bind the organization. The officer attests entries on its behalf, and can never attest an entry they drafted.
